Balcao Stories (Blue Chair)

One of our most favourite features of a traditional Goan home is the balcao. A place where families come together, where balmy evenings are spent sipping fresh urak, where lazy puppies get unlimited belly rubs and where life truly takes a break. The artist, with her shared love for the quintessential porch, has created a pattern that’s every bit inspired by this architectural feature. Here’s an organic cotton shirt that sings and breathes harmony in terms of textures and colours. It’s where natural elements take centre stage and the artistic details shine through. Notice the windows with the reflection of the beach, a pineapple on the breakfast table and an old school chandelier… oh, and of course the blue vintage chair that was meant to catch the golden hour.
